Yes! I travel anywhere you’ll have me! I have been lucky to photograph families in parts of Queensland, New South Wales, ACT and areas of Sydney and Melbourne too.

I travel up to 50km from Toowoomba free of charge and anything further involves a fee. You can request a travel quote prior to booking if you click here. If you have a friend or family member living in or near your town and they would also like to book a session with me, you can all share the travel fee, making it cheaper.

As I'm a family photographer, I recommend we photograph at your home. This is where everyone is most comfortable and the photos will have more meaning to you. The majority of the session will be outdoors in the backyard or paddocks where we can all relax and move freely. We can also incorporate an additional location into the shoot if you like. For instance, we start at your home, then we can go to a field, creek, beach or coffee shop to finish the shoot – the options are endless. But wherever we go, I want it to have some kind of relevance and meaning to your family and for it to be a place you enjoy going together. Having a second location also adds variety to your gallery of photos and a change of scenery can be very helpful for stir-crazy kids.

I rely on natural light for my sessions. The majority of my shooting happens outdoors in the late afternoon about two hours before sunset, when the sun is low, soft, and golden. I also offer early morning and sunrise shoots because the lighting is very similar at this time, but I understand this time slot isn't for everyone.

Your images will be ready to view online via a preview gallery within one week of our session. After you have viewed the gallery you will have 30 days to choose the photos you would like to keep/have printed, according to the package you originally purchased. At this point you will also have the option to 'add on' any extra products, like enlarged prints, frames or albums at a discounted rate.

If you do not choose your photos within the 30 day timeframe, your gallery automatically expires and there is a $99 retrieval fee to open the gallery again. You will receive a reminder email from me a few days out from the due date.

After choosing your photos, you will submit your selections to me. Within 48hrs I will send you the final gallery where your images will be available for download

We offer an interest free, buy-now-pay-later option via Payright, suitable for purchases starting from $1350. Application approval takes around 5 minutes and can be arranged for up to $5000. Please let Pip know if you would like more information. Alternatively, you can request to pay for your chosen package in instalments to work within your budget which Pip will be more than happy to arrange with you. Again, just ask!

If someone is sick, no problem – we reschedule. Just let me know as soon as possible and we'll work out another date that suits us both.

In terms of weather, I'm happy to work in most conditions that Mother Nature might throw at us, but rain is where my camera and I stop. So again, we just reschedule.

Overcast days we will still go ahead.

Yes, of course! Once you preview your gallery you can choose to add something extra like a framed print/album/enlarged print (at a discounted rate), but you will also have access to my online print shop which is linked to my recommended professional printer. From there you can purchase any of the extremely high quality photo products they offer. Think photo prints on exquisite handmade paper, Tasmanian Oak framed prints or luxury matte art albums and more.

Sure, but there will be an additional surcharge of $290 which will be added to your invoice.

My editing style is quite natural so usually any Photoshopping I do is very subtle but effective. Blemishes on skin will always be retouched so no need to worry - I got it covered! If there's something you're really self conscious about, just let me know and I’ll work my magic.
